Through an innovative maturation process in casks that previously held Japanese Koshu wine, this bottle reflects the sophistication, precision and balance that characterise both the distillery and the city that inspired its creation. TASTING NOTES

COLOR: The whisky has a warm golden colour, with bright reflections evoking the light of a sunny afternoon in the city. The intensity of the hue suggests careful maturation and a sophisticated profile, drawing the eye with its crisp shine.

NOSE: As you draw the glass closer, a captivating blend of ripe fruits, such as red apple and a hint of plum, unfolds elegantly. The floral freshness of jasmine and cherry blossom is interspersed with a subtle layer of sweet spices and delicate notes of oak wood, reminiscent of the harmonious fusion of Scottish and Japanese. There is also a gentle hint of fresh herbs that enriches the olfactory experience.

TASTE: On the palate, it starts off soft but quickly expresses itself with a velvety texture that envelops the palate. Fruity flavours of apricot and ripe peach intertwine with a slightly salty touch, reminiscent of umami. Floral notes and the sweetness of plum liqueur blend with a subtle and elegant wood base, creating a perfect balance between softness and complexity. The finish is long and warm, with a hint of light spices that leave a lingering mark.
