TASTING NOTES

Its clarity is impeccable, with a luminosity that reveals freshness and precision in its production. When swirled in the glass, it leaves a slow, uniform tear, anticipating density without excess.

NOSE: On the nose, it displays a restrained but expressive profile, far from the obvious. It begins with a sensation of clean air, followed by notes of crisp white fruit, as if an apple had just been cut on a damp stone. More subtle aromas then emerge: dry hay, citrus peel, a marine echo that does not dominate but accompanies, and a slightly spicy note that appears in the background, almost imperceptible. The evolution in the glass is constant, inviting you to return again and again with curiosity.
