COLOR: Caol Ila 25 Years presents an intense golden colour, with warm nuances that reflect its prolonged maturation in oak barrels. This deep and bright tone suggests the complexity that has developed over the years, inviting you to discover a perfect blend of wood and time.
NOSE: On the nose, the whisky opens with a sophisticated and well-balanced elegance. The peat, characteristic of Islay whiskies, is presented in a soft and refined way, without being dominant. Notes of ripe fruits, such as pears and apples, are intertwined with a saline touch reminiscent of the sea air that surrounds the island.
