These General Conditions regulate the access, use and purchase of products through the website www.mediterral.com, owned by Mediterral Costa del Sol S.L. (hereinafter, “Mediterral”), with registered office at C/ Edison 59, Estepona (Málaga), email ventas@mediterral.com, telephone 951 079 380 and VAT number B05285317.
Placing any order through this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the conditions in force at the time of purchase. These conditions will apply both to the order placed and to future purchases unless new conditions are expressly indicated.
Users
To purchase the products offered on this website, the user must have sufficient legal capacity in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
In the case of products that include alcoholic beverages, the buyer declares that they are over 18 years of age. The purchase of such products by minors is expressly prohibited.
Contract Language
The sales contract formalised between Mediterral and the customer is carried out exclusively in Spanish.
Purchase Procedure
Product selection: the user selects the desired product and accesses its information page, where its characteristics are detailed. From this page the product can be added to the shopping cart.
Purchase process: once in the cart, the customer must follow the indicated steps and provide the necessary information to process the order.
Confirmation: after identifying themselves, the user must definitively confirm the order.
Once the process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order. If any error is detected in the provided information, it must be communicated as soon as possible to ventas@mediterral.com.
Prices
All prices published on the website are expressed in euros (€) and are valid except for typographical errors.
The prices include the applicable VAT, which is detailed on each product page.
Payment Methods
Payment for orders can be made using the following methods:
Bank transfer: when selecting this option, the necessary bank details will be provided to complete the payment.
Credit or debit card: the user must enter the usual card details. Payment is processed through a secure gateway with encrypted connection.

Products
The offers published on mediterral.com are valid while stocks last. Mediterral reserves the right to modify the product catalogue depending on supplier availability.
The images, descriptions and graphic representations of the products are indicative and are not contractually binding.
Promotions or discounts will be clearly indicated on the product page or in the corresponding section and will remain valid while they are visible on the website.
Shipping
Orders are usually prepared the same day if they are placed in the morning. Otherwise, shipping will take place within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are calculated only on working days.
For payments made by bank transfer, the delivery period will start counting from the confirmation of the transfer.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport, and may vary depending on the weight or total amount of the order.
Each order has its own shipping costs and shipments from different orders will not be combined.
Orders over €150 include free shipping within mainland Spain.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, starting from the date of receipt of the order.
To exercise this right, it must be communicated clearly and unequivocally by any valid means.
If the product is defective or does not correspond to the order, Mediterral will assume the costs of return and reshipping.
If the return is made by decision of the customer:
- The amount of the product and the standard shipping costs will be refunded.
- The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
- The customer will assume the return costs.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
- The company may withhold the refund until the product or proof of return is received.
