The Ichiro’s Malt - Chichibu & Hanyu series is particularly appreciated, as it fuses the know-how of the modern Chichibu distillery with the legacy of the defunct Hanyu distillery. TASTING NOTES

COLOR: It is generally a deep golden amber, with slightly reddish hues.

NOSE: On the nose, this whiskey presents intense notes of ripe fruit, highlighting the peach and pear, which are intertwined with a soft and creamy vanilla essence. The whole subtly evokes the aroma of freshly baked bread with butter, complemented by a sweet and floral touch of acacia honey, creating an enveloping and pleasant olfactory experience.
