This whiskey, part of the prestigious Hibiki range, reflects the mastery and tradition in blending malts and grain whiskeys from different Suntory distilleries. With an exclusive and refined design, both in its bottle and its presentation, HIBIKI Harmony 100th Anniversary pays tribute to a legacy of excellence and the art of creating harmony in every drop. TASTING NOTES
COLOR: It presents a brilliant golden amber tone with warm reflections that invite tasting. Its color is deep and resplendent, suggesting the maturity of its components, coming from a mixture of oak barrels and other woods.
NOSE: As the nose approaches, elegant and harmonious aromas unfold. Initial notes of golden honey and ripe fruits such as peach and apricot are perceived, complemented by a light floral touch, reminiscent of jasmine and cherry blossom. As it opens, subtle notes of creamy oak, vanilla and a delicate whisper of sweet spice emerge to balance the fragrance.
TASTE: It offers a silky smooth texture that unfolds subtly. The flavor is rich and balanced, with a fusion of fresh fruit sweetness, such as green apple and pear, and a softness reminiscent of caramel. The hint of oak comes through in the background, adding a slight complexity. The finish is long and elegant, leaving a warm, slightly spicy sensation that invites further enjoyment.
