The Bottled in Bond Act certifies the quality of any whiskey bearing an official designation on the bottle. To earn this distinction, a whiskey had to be aged at least four years and bottled at 100 proof, at a single distillery, for a single season. It was a distinction that Jack's whiskey easily earned. 120 years later, the Bond Bottling Act is proof of America's commitment to ensuring whiskey quality.
