A harmonious combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a small dose of Pinot Meunier, which creates an elegant and complex structure.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: A bright, radiant gold, with reflections varying between warm gold and pale yellow. Its bubbles are fine, persistent, as if the wine were exhaling a continuous elegance, rising in fine bubbles that slide gently to the surface.
NOSE: An aromatic embrace that captivates from the first moment. A range of subtle and complex notes are revealed, where ripe fruits such as green apple, pear and a touch of citrus are mixed with a background of freshly baked brioche. There is a creamy softness that is accompanied by floral memories and a slight minerality, reminiscent of the softness of a sea breeze.
TASTE: On the palate, La Grande Dame 2012 is vibrant and elegant, with an enveloping structure that makes each bubble a caress to the palate. The attack is fresh and direct, but a complexity of flavours reminiscent of nuts, almonds and a touch of honey quickly unfolds.
