The blend is composed primarily of Pinot Noir, followed by Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, seeking balance, elegance and complexity in each bottle.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Bollinger Special Cuvée has a beautiful, deep and bright golden colour, denoting its quality and maturity. The bubbles, fine and elegant, rise gently, creating a persistent crown in the glass, reflecting its complexity and careful production process.
