BLEND

It is composed of Pinot Noir (55%) and Chardonnay (45%).

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Pink color with slightly coppery reflections. Dynamic effervescence that forms a persistent cordon.

NOSE: Pure, precise and brilliant bouquet. Intense aromas of Pinot noir evoking the vintage with its pure, ripe and concentrated fruit: berries (redcurrant, wild raspberry and blackcurrant) and raspberry liqueur. They are followed by sweet spices, smoky notes and a touch of reduction (smoke and spice) from the Pinot noir with hints of undergrowth.

TASTE: Concentrated and ample palate in which the red fruits (strawberries and raspberries) are concentrated in a firm and intense texture that presents itself in two stages, a faithful reflection of the extremes of the vintage: first a silky and ample entry in the mouth (the final ripeness) followed by a firm and intense freshness (the cool summer). A sensation of concentration, of a whirlwind of flavors that burst finely and progressively like salt bubbles on the palate. The saline, iodized sensation combines with the smoke and acidity to provide umami and an infinitely savory finish.
