It has a complex blend of the best wines of the house with a high percentage of Pinot Noir combined with Chardonnay.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR : Soft pink color
NOSE : After the fleeting notes of rose, orange oil and saffron, the bouquet acquires a greater warmth and the red fruits are predominantly perceived, leading to darker hints of figs and blackcurrant. Finally, the sweetness comes through, with notes of gingerbread and licorice.
TASTE: The fruit is majestic, ripe, fleshy and deep. After a remarkably smooth and round first mouthfeel, the wine settles on the palate covering it with a kind of intimate and intense caress. A restrained power; with coherence as the predominant impression. The sapid sensations converge and persist, keeping alive the memory of its tactile imprint.
