TASTING NOTES
COLOR: When presented, the MOËT & CHANDON Brut Impérial captivates with a brilliant, luminous pale gold colour, evoking a tinge of sunshine illuminating glass. The fine, persistent bubbles rise elegantly in endless delicate threads, creating a crown of light foam on the surface. This colour, so radiant and clean, is a reflection of its freshness and the delicacy with which it has been made.
NOSE: As you bring the glass closer, the bouquet unfolds in an exuberant but refined manner. The first aromas to emerge are those of fresh fruit, with a predominance of green apple, lemon and a subtle hint of ripe pear, providing an unmistakable sensation of freshness. As they intensify, complex floral notes of white flowers emerge, such as jasmine and acacia, which intertwine perfectly with a soft bakery background. Delicate notes of brioche and a hint of almond and walnut appear elegantly, suggesting its aging and providing depth without losing the initial freshness. The nose is, in short, a balance of vivacity and complexity that invites further exploration.
TASTE: On the palate, the Brut Impérial feels vibrant and full of energy, with a refreshing acidity that marks its structure, providing a sensation of lightness and vivacity. The bubbles, fine and creamy, caress the palate gently, revealing a harmonious combination between the fruity flavors and the subtlety of aging. The fruity profile remains, with green apple and a hint of citrus, while a slight presence of nuts, such as almonds and hazelnuts, gently emerges. At the end, a slight aftertaste of toasted bread appears, reminiscent of the freshness of freshly baked bread, giving it a pleasant and rounded depth. Its persistence is notable, leaving a clean and refreshing sensation that lingers and invites continued enjoyment.
