Ice Impérial, the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice. A new champagne experience combining fun, fresh and free sensations while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.

The profiles of the wines used in the assemblage have been meticulously selected for the specific contribution made by each one:

Mainly pinot noir: 40 to 50%

Pinot meunier: 30 to 40%

Chardonnay: 10 to 20%

20 to 30% specially selected reserve wines enhance the assemblage to complete its intensity, richness and constancy.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial is a luminous golden color, with warm reflections that capture the light in a captivating way. Its bubbles are fine and persistent, forming a soft crown on the surface of the glass. This constant effervescence suggests freshness and dynamism, inviting a visual enjoyment as elegant as its flavor.

NOSE: As the glass is approached, an intense and vibrant aromatic expression is revealed. The first impact is an explosion of ripe tropical fruits: juicy pineapple, ripe mango and a hint of sweet melon that quickly blend with the floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. As the glass is aerated, subtle hints of vanilla and a light trace of honey emerge, providing sweetness and complexity. A delicate spicy background, with a light touch of cinnamon, completes the olfactory experience, offering a wide range of aromas that invite you to delve deeper into each inhalation.

TASTE: On the palate, Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial offers a fresh and vibrant entry, standing out for its balance between acidity and creaminess. Fruity flavours dominate on the palate, with a strong presence of tropical pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of ripe peach that develop in an enveloping manner. The texture is surprisingly smooth, but with a firm structure that gives body to each sip, thanks to the blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
