Rosé Impérial is a spontaneous, radiant, romantic expression of the Moët & Chandon style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
BLEND
The assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals:
The intensity of pinot noir: 40 to 50%
The roundness of pinot meunier: 30 to 40%
The elegance of chardonnay: 10 to 20%
20 to 30% of which from specially selected reserve wines to enhance its intensity, subtlety and constancy.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: The MOËT & CHANDON Rosé Impérial dazzles in the glass with its brilliant, deep and enveloping pink hue, reminiscent of a warm sunset in a secret garden. As the fine bubbles gently rise to the surface, they create a constant, light and vibrant dance, reflecting the freshness and vitality of this exceptional champagne. Its intense and attractive colour invites contemplation before each sip.
NOSE: On the nose, a lush and fresh perfume is revealed that captures the essence of freshly picked red fruits. The initial fragrance of ripe strawberries and raspberries is followed by a subtle harmony of cherries and delicate floral touches, like rose petals. As you go deeper, you can appreciate notes of soft spices and a light citrus touch that adds complexity and freshness. The whole is vibrant, but at the same time has an aromatic richness that invites you to continue exploring each layer of its bouquet.
TASTE: Upon entering the mouth, the Rosé Impérial surprises with its perfect balance between creaminess and freshness.
