EPC Blanc Rosé is a rosé wine that reflects the essence of modern viticulture and respect for tradition. It is composed mainly of Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%) which provides the fruity flavor.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: The EPC Blanc Rosé has a clear and bright pink colour, almost crystalline, reminiscent of the delicate reflections of a flower recently dazzled by sunlight. Its hue is elegant, with soft nuances that invite contemplation, announcing the freshness and lightness that characterise the wine.

NOSE: On the nose, this rosé expresses itself with a fresh and lively fragrance. The initial aromas transport us to a field in the middle of spring, where notes of white fruits predominate, such as green apple and juicy peach, accompanied by the subtle sweetness of fresh strawberries. As it is aerated, delicate floral notes emerge, evoking white flowers such as jasmine and a touch of citrus that adds a refreshing layer. Its aromatic complexity is subtle but notable, offering a sensation of lightness and elegance.

TASTE: On the palate, the EPC Blanc Rosé presents itself with a delicate and well-balanced structure. Its entry is fresh, with a vibrant acidity that provides a feeling of vivacity and energy.
