TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Yamazaki Peated Malt Spanish Oak exhibits a deep golden color with reddish hues that vibrantly capture the light. This warm hue is testimony to its maturation in Spanish oak barrels, which gives it a visual richness that anticipates the complexity of its profile.

NOSE: As the glass approaches, a fascinating and enveloping nose is revealed. The smokiness of the peat is perceived in a soft but persistent way, without dominating, and intertwines with the rich and spicy wood notes coming from the Spanish oak. The whole is harmonious, with light hints of dried fruits, a subtle cocoa nuance and a soft sweetness reminiscent of honey.
