TASTING NOTES

NOSE: On the nose, enveloping aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple mingle with a subtle touch of caramelized rum. A faint perfume of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg intertwines with soft oak notes, revealing its time in oak barrels. There is a hint of honey and a touch of cocoa, adding a layer of complexity and sweetness.

TASTE: On the palate, the entry is smooth and silky, with a light but rich texture. The flavor profile is balanced: fruity notes of banana and molasses merge perfectly with the warmth of aged wood, creating a round and harmonious sensation. The presence of mild spices such as black pepper and clove comes through on the finish, leaving a slightly sweet aftertaste, with a hint of vanilla and a slight dried fruit aftertaste.
