TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Pale Gold.

AROMA: The aroma is bright and vegetal with an undercurrent of vanilla, crusty bread, and toasted oak.

TASTE: Warm agave notes arrive at the palate first, followed by green bell pepper and a surprising array of subtle fruits — pear, apricot, and tart cherry.

FINISH: The finish is medium length and warm with lingering notes of black pepper and plantains.
