The CATTIER Brut Premier Cru is an outstanding expression of the winemaking tradition of the Champagne region of France. Sourced from the finest premier cru vineyards, this Champagne reflects the dedication and artistry of the Cattier house, which has specialised in creating high-quality wines since 1763. TASTING NOTES
COLOR: It presents a brilliant pale golden color, accompanied by fine bubbles that rise elegantly, forming a delicate rosary in the glass. Its appearance reflects the freshness and vitality that the first sip promises.
NOSE: The nose displays a refined range of fresh and subtle aromas. Citrus notes of lemon and green apple predominate, accompanied by a light touch of white flowers. With time in the glass, delicate nuances of toast and brioche emerge, adding a pleasant complexity and recalling its aging on lees.
