Ice Impérial Rosé, is the first and only rosé champagne especially created to be enjoyed on ice. A new champagne tasting experience that brings together pleasure, freshness and the free spirit of summer time.

The profile of each wine was meticulously chosen for its specific contribution to the assemblage:

A majority of pinot noir wines 45 to 55%

Pinot meunier wines: 35 to 45%

Chardonnay wines: 5%-20% for a refreshing finish.

Angular and vinous, Pinot Noir wines were chosen for both the intensity of the fruit and the structural integration of the dosage.
Round and fleshy, Pinot Meunier wines were selected to add richness and middle notes of harmony and suppleness
Chardonnay wines add a polished acidity

20% to 30% of especially selected reserve wines round out the assemblage by enhancing its intensity, richness and consistency.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: When poured, MOËT & CHANDON Ice Rosé Impérial appears with a soft, almost translucent pink colour, which delicately stands out in the glass. Its hue is combined with golden reflections that provide a feeling of luminosity and sophistication. The fine bubbles rise elegantly, forming a crown of pearls that remain alive and dancing, inviting contemplation and promising a refreshing experience from the first moment.
NOSE: The bouquet of this champagne is a seductive and vibrant blend. When you bring your nose closer, you perceive intense notes of fresh and juicy red fruits, such as ripe strawberries, cherries and a subtle hint of raspberry, which immediately fill the air with their freshness. Over time, more complex layers open up: a delicate floral aroma of rose petals and light, almost imperceptible spicy nuances, which provide depth and sophistication. The nose is light, but at the same time complex, inviting you to continue exploring its nuances.

TASTE: On the palate, Ice Rosé Impérial is characterised by its refreshing and smooth texture. The bubbles are fine and elegant, and offer a sensation of vivacity that awakens the palate. The entry is fruity and juicy, with notes of strawberries and cherries standing out, which unfold with intensity, followed by a touch of subtle citrus that refreshes the whole. The moderate sweetness is perfectly balanced with a fresh acidity, which generates a sensation of harmony and lightness.
