ZÁRATE Balado Albariño

Zárate Balado Albariño is a limited-production white wine produced by Bodegas Zárate in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia. It comes from two small plots of vineyards planted in 1950 with ungrafted vines, surrounded by a distinctive stone wall that gives the wine its name. Its production follows a traditional and meticulous approach, with manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and aging on lees to highlight its character.
