NOSE: On the nose, this wine opens with a delicacy that reveals its complexity. Initially, fresh aromas of white flowers emerge, intertwined with subtle notes of freshly cut grass, evoking the freshness of the natural environment of Chablis. As it is aerated, layers of greater depth appear, with a mineral touch reminiscent of chalk and flint, typical of the calcareous soils of the region.
