Garrus is a prestigious rosé wine made by the Château Gassier winery in the Provence region of southern France. This high-end wine stands out for its meticulous winemaking, using grapes selected from exceptional vineyards in the Côtes de Provence appellation. Its vinification process includes aging on lees in oak barrels, which gives it remarkable complexity and elegance. NOSE: The nose of Garrus is a fascinating sensory journey that slowly opens in layers, revealing an aromatic complexity out of the ordinary for a rosé. At first, it offers an explosion of ripe white fruits, such as juicy pear, green apple and peach at just the right point of ripeness, enveloping the senses with their freshness.
