The M vintage is all about balance and vivacity. Jean-Etienne and François Matton use mainly grenache for its elegant aromas, cinsault for its freshness, syrah for its complexity and a hint of tibouren for its delicate white fruit aromas. The idea is to retain the luminous intensity of all the juices.

Vintage M is perfect anytime, anywhere. Serve it between 8 and 10° to cool down and relax on the terrace or by the pool with olives and all kinds of appetizers, tapas, dips, crackers, wasabi peas and vegetable crisps. It goes perfectly with summer salads, such as the classic tomato and mozzarella salad or the niçoise salad. Seafood and prawns. Pan-fried starters.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Pale, bright pink.

NOSE: Reveals a seductive range of macerated cherry and fig cake flavours with accents of dried thyme, pomegranate and espresso.

TASTE: Intense aromas ranging from tart berries to tropical fruit notes.

FINISH: Fresh and fruity, with a balanced acidity.
