Col de' Salici Prosecco Superiore Brut is a prestigious sparkling wine from the renowned Conegliano-Valdobbiadene region, in the heart of the Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin (DOCG). Made from Glera grapes, this Prosecco reflects Italian winemaking tradition and excellence in sparkling wine production. Its freshness and elegance make it an ideal choice for celebrations and special moments. With a vinification process using the Charmat method, this Prosecco is the expression of a perfect balance between quality, tradition and modernity.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: The wine presents itself with a brilliant pale yellow color, with golden glints that reflect its liveliness and freshness. The bubbles, fine and persistent, rise in a constant rosary, providing a pleasant visual sensation of lightness and freshness.
NOSE: As the glass approaches, the nose is filled with fresh and vibrant aromas. Fruity notes of green apple and pear stand out, accompanied by citrus hints that bring a sense of clarity.
