The wine is left to age on its lees in stainless steel tanks for about six months and a few months in the bottle.

SUGGESTIONS

To pair with fish soups, grilled seafood and various mushroom and porcini mushroom dishes. This wine is wonderful with squid ink lasagnette pasta and crayfish sauce.

COLOUR: Intense straw yellow.

NOSE: Intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence.

TASTE: Dry, velvety, fragrant and persistent.
