WOODFORD Reserve Master´S Collection Sonoma-Cutrer Finish

Master’s Collection Sonoma-Cutrer Finish is a bourbon whiskey “finished” in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels. We crafted our Woodford Reserve bourbon and then aged it in Pinot Noir barrels from California’s famed Sonoma-Cutrer Winery. These barrels had held three vintages of this Burgundian-style Pinot Noir, which were brimming with cherry, raspberry and blackberry fruit character. Over time, these fruit wine notes married with Woodford Reserve’s rich character to create a new range of flawors never before experienced in a whiskey. This exceptional product, while full of red and dark fruit and spice notes, also has a rich, earthy finish.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Rich, deep garnet.

NOSE: Bursting with rich red fruit and berry character overlaying a complex sprinkling of spice (cinnamon, clove), oak and dark caramel.

TASTE: Warm and fruit forward with notes of cherry, raspberry, blackberry followed by a crisp spiciness and subtle oak sweetness.

FINISH: Long and warm with lingering fruit and earthy oak character.
