TASTING NOTES

COLOR: HIBIKI Harmony Master's Select presents itself with a deep golden colour, almost like an aged gold, which captures the light in a captivating way. With its amber reflections, the whisky seems to radiate warmth, inviting you to discover its visual complexity. The clarity is impeccable, with a texture that suggests softness, while small bubbles that slowly rise in the glass reveal the calm and patience with which it has been made.

NOSE: On first approach, the nose is enveloped in a serene combination of fresh floral notes, such as jasmine and cherry blossom, which open delicately. After this initial entry, an enveloping sweetness of natural honey is present, which provides a comforting softness. As you continue exploring, complex nuances of the Japanese Mizunara wood emerge, that particular note that adds an earthy and spicy depth, with light touches of incense, candied orange peel and a subtle presence of toasted almonds. There is a warmth reminiscent of the soft humidity of a forest, mingling with fine spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, all in a perfectly orchestrated balance.

TASTE: On the palate, HIBIKI Harmony Master's Select unfolds with a softness that masks its structure, entering in a fluid and enveloping manner. The texture is creamy, almost silky, while the flavours develop slowly. Immediately, the Mizunara wood expresses itself with its characteristic elegance, giving it a touch of soft spices such as cloves and white pepper, which balance the first sweet notes of vanilla and ripe fruits. In the centre of the palate, flavours of dried fruits such as figs and raisins appear, followed by a light acidity reminiscent of the skin of a green apple, bringing freshness to the whole. The finish is long and harmonious, with a delicate aftertaste of green tea, which leaves a feeling of cleanliness and subtlety, while the lingering softness of the wood and spices closes the experience with elegance.
