Once the tequila has completed its aging process, it goes through a filtration process that allows us to selectively remove the color, while preserving the complexity and smoothness of the tequila.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Bright and clear with hints of silver and an exceptional body, which comes from high quality agave.
BODY: Smooth.
AROMA: An extraordinary blend of aromas from the wood and agave, including notes of caramel, honey and butterscotch maple, honey and maple, as well as hints of dried fruit and fruity notes, a touch of cinnamon, almond and a slight hint of smokiness.
TASTE: A complex blend of sweet flavors - caramel, honey and maple, as well as nutty and vanilla notes. An indescribable smoothness and a long finish that leaves you wanting more.
