TASTING NOTES

COLOR: A deep golden color, AVIÓN Reposado presents itself with a bright amber hue that reflects its time in oak barrels. Its warm color suggests its maturity, with reflections that capture the light and invite us to explore the complexity hidden behind its surface.

NOSE: As we approach, enveloping aromas of fresh vanilla and a delicate touch of caramel unfold on the nose, blending with the elegance of aged oak. Soft notes of dried fruits, such as almonds and walnuts, emerge with subtlety, while a light breeze of cooked agave reminds us of its origin. An aftertaste of soft spices, such as cinnamon and cloves, rounds out the experience, keeping the sensation fresh and balanced.
