Product Details

Zárate's roasted orujo is obtained by distilling Albariño grape pomace with a mixture of flowers, herbs and spices including camomile flower, orange blossom, cocoa husk, lemon verbena, cloves, black tea, mint, coriander, cinnamon sticks and a few strands of natural saffron. To obtain the toasted colour, caramelised sugar is added to the distillate.
