TASTING NOTES
COLOR: The MOËT & CHANDON Grand Vintage Rosé dazzles with a beautiful pink color that varies between pale salmon tones and a deeper blush, depending on the light. Its clarity is impeccable, reflecting the elegance and precision that defines this house. The bubbles, fine and continuous, rise gracefully, forming a crown of subtle foam that lingers, announcing its refinement and the meticulousness of the winemaking process.
NOSE: As the glass approaches, the nose is captivated by a wave of fruity freshness, where red strawberries and ripe cherries stand out, accompanied by a light touch of raspberries, providing a sensation of vibrant freshness. As the wine breathes, more complex nuances emerge: floral notes of rose and violet petals intertwine with delicate spicy aromas, such as cinnamon and a slight hint of pink pepper. The ageing of the champagne is present with soft hints of brioche bread and a hint of honey, which further enrich the aromatic profile.
TASTE: On the palate, the Grand Vintage Rosé is surprisingly elegant and fresh. The texture is creamy, but is quickly balanced by a vibrant acidity that gives it a firm and refreshing structure. The red fruit flavours remain the protagonists, but are sublimely integrated with notes of brioche and toasted almonds, which provide depth and complexity. The sensation on the palate is smooth but persistent, with a long and elegant finish, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness accompanied by a discreet touch of honey and nuts, inviting one last sensory exploration.
