BLEND

Composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes from Côteaux du Sézannais.

Unlike the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay produces very dry and lively wines, Sézannais produces fuller and rounder wines after malolactic fermentation. This makes it possible to limit the dosage of sugar to the expedition liqueur, while still producing an attractive Champagne that everyone enjoys.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: On sight, this sparkling wine has a pale, bright golden colour, which reflects the light in an attractive way. Its clarity is impeccable, with a crystalline appearance that invites you to explore its complexities. The bubbles, small and fine, rise steadily in the glass, creating a persistent rosary that denotes excellent quality and careful elaboration.
