TASTING NOTES

COLOR: The color of the wine is an intense ruby red, bright and with good depth. Its tonality evokes nuances ranging from bright red to garnet, showing a clear vivacity in the glass.

NOSE: On the nose, the wine displays remarkable aromatic complexity, with intense notes of ripe black fruits, such as plums and blackberries, intertwined with an enveloping spicy touch. As the glass is swirled, delicate aromas of freshly roasted coffee emerge, along with subtle hints of clove and light oak that add depth and elegance to the whole. These aromas integrate harmoniously, offering a rich and seductive olfactory experience.

TASTE: On the palate, the wine is concentrated and well-structured, with a remarkable intensity of fruity flavors reminiscent of black fruits such as plum and blackberry. The texture is soft but firm, thanks to ripe tannins that give a sense of balance and roundness. The well-integrated acidity adds freshness, while the aftertaste leaves a lingering trace of ripe fruit and a spicy touch that invites further tasting.
