TARA Pinot Noir is a wine from the heart of the Atacama region of Chile, one of the most unique wine regions in the country. Grown in a challenging environment, marked by its desert climate and altitude, this wine reflects the adaptation and resilience of vines growing in extreme conditions. TARA stands out for its artisanal approach and its commitment to highlighting the authenticity of the Atacama terroir. TASTING NOTES

COLOR:The TARA Pinot Noir is presented with an intense ruby ​​colour, but with a light hue, reflecting its youth and freshness. The edges of the wine have slightly garnet flashes, revealing a subtle complexity in its visual texture. It is a bright, almost luminous wine, which invites you to immerse yourself in its character.
NOSE: On the nose, the wine offers a vibrant and fresh first impression, where aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries predominate. With a swirl of the glass, soft floral notes emerge evoking violets and rose petals, providing a delicate dimension. As you go deeper, traces of dried herbs appear and a mineral, almost earthy touch, reminiscent of the arid land of Atacama. It is a perfume that offers layers of complexity and freshness, without losing its refined character.

TASTE: When tasting it, the TARA Pinot Noir unfolds in the mouth with a juicy acidity that refreshes and awakens the senses. The entry is light but firm, with an enveloping softness that expands towards the centre of the palate. Fruity notes of cherry and strawberry feel riper and more harmonious, while a subtle minerality intertwines with the fruit, adding a unique dimension that sets it apart. The tannins are fine and well integrated, offering a silky texture, but with a firm structure that promises good ageing. The finish is long, leaving a clean and refreshing sensation, with a delicate aftertaste that lingers in the mouth, evoking the purity of the Atacama landscape.
