TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: Pale salmon pink, with soft hints of onion skin shining in the glass when swirled.
NOSE: Fine and delicate with flowers, peach, fresh citrus and hints of red fruit.
TASTE: Classic fresh and bright, a lively acidity balanced with notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and stone fruit.
FINISH: Well-integrated acidity and a crushed zest minerality, all leading to a surprisingly long and complex finish.
