TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Vilerma wine presents an attractive straw yellow color with golden reflections, revealing its youth and freshness. In the glass, there is a bright line that gives it luminosity, promising a visual experience as vibrant as its aromas.

NOSE: On first inhalation, the wine opens with an aromatic frankness that invites you to delve deeper. Fresh white fruits predominate, such as green apple and pear, accompanied by subtle hints of citrus that bring freshness. As it swirls in the glass, notes of orange blossom and a light herbaceous touch reminiscent of freshly cut grass emerge, all under an elegant layer of minerality that denotes the Galician terroir. The whole is complex and clean, with a vibrant sense of freshness.

TASTE: On taste, Vilerma reveals a smooth but full-bodied entry, unfolding with a perfect balance between lively acidity and a slightly fruity aftertaste. Citrus freshness fuses with an unctuous texture that coats the palate, while a slight salinity and a touch of elegant bitterness on the finish add structure. Persistence is remarkable, with hints of stone fruit and light mineral notes, inviting further enjoyment of its complexity.
