TASTING NOTES

COLOR: A brilliant gold, reminiscent of the deep amber of a sunset on a remote island, with nuances that seem to reflect the warmth of a glowing fire, revealing a complexity that promises something powerful yet refined.

NOSE: At first olfactory glance, the peat smoke unfolds like an enveloping cloak, but not aggressively. It is a touch of soft soot, almost like an ember lingering in the air. Beneath that layer, sweet nuances are revealed, reminiscent of heather honey and a subtle nutmeg. With a little more time, ripe fruit notes emerge, like a green apple that has absorbed some of the sea breeze.
