Aszú 5 Puttonyos is a wine where the objective is to represent the best balance between acidity and sugar that the vintage can give us. In this sense, it is a perfect wine for cellaring to be tasted in vertical tastings. The amber color refers to the strong infection by noble rot of this 2016 vintage. The honey and fruity fragrances are lovely and the acidity on the palate indicates extreme aging potential.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Intense gold.

NOSE: On the nose, it presents itself as a multifaceted wine, with fragrances of citrus, peach and apricot, as well as notes of white flowers, acacia honey and a final touch of pastry and cinnamon.

TASTE: It is a sweet and robust wine, with a long finish in which spices and orange blossom stand out. Its acidity is perfectly balanced with the level of sweetness.
