TASTING NOTES

COLOR: This wine has a nice light ruby red color

NOSE: Aromas of cherries and raspberries, mixed with aromas of mushrooms, leaves and undergrowth.

TASTE: The palate is intense, with crisp acidity, firm tannins and good structure. Its minerality and tension on the palate are noticeable due to its chalky soils. In the mouth it feels almost salty due to the influence of the sea and the soil.
