TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Visually, it has an intense amber tone with golden hues and coppery flashes. Its clean brightness and elegant density reveal both its aging in wood and its purity in distillation. Each swirl in the glass leaves a slow tear, announcing an enveloping texture.

NOSE: The first approach is sober and deep. An aromatic complexity is perceived that does not impose itself, but rather reveals itself little by little: old woods, dry resin, a hint of blond tobacco, and a spicy background reminiscent of winter pantries. With time in the glass, warm hints of dried fruit, toasted bread crust, and a subtle echo of damp earth emerge, like a stone cellar that holds well-kept secrets.

TASTE: On the palate, it has a silky texture and a quiet entry that grows in intensity without losing its elegance. The mid-palate is balanced and precise, with a slow development that leaves its mark on every corner of the palate. The structure is firm, marked by the character of the distillate and rounded off by years of refinement. The finish is long and dry, leaving a sensation of sober, almost introspective warmth that lingers beyond the last sip.
