BLEND

A combination of chardonnay and pinot noir that offers the wine aromas of red fruits, candied citrus fruits added to the aging between twelve and fifteen years the champagne acquires expressiveness and offers an intense bouquet with aromas of honeysuckle, fruit, toasted almond and iodized notes.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Golden straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

NOSE: The Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 vintage reveals a soft, warm and comforting bouquet, full of subtle nuances. The aromatic profile is remarkably delicate, with floral and mineral nuances. This composition unfolds quickly to reveal delicate notes of vineyard peach, citron, calisson and mocha, creating a unique and memorable olfactory experience.

TASTE: Amplitude is revealed on the palate, restrained yet tender, and evolves into a thick texture that gradually reasserts itself. The wine's complexity increases, to reveal a subtle saline nuance. On the finish, luscious bitterness and glorious ripeness assert themselves in this fine wine, enriched by deep aromas of dried fruit, cocoa and toasted hazelnut, which blend harmoniously for an exceptional taste experience.
