TASTING NOTES
COLOR: The wine appears a delicate pale pink that reflects the light in a charming way, creating a visual impression that is almost like the softness of a flower petal. Its hue is close to light salmon, with a crystal-clear transparency that invites you to discover its nuances. As the glass is tilted, a slight brilliance can be observed that suggests a renewed freshness, typical of a high-end rosé wine, while its fine, sharp edges bear witness to its delicate elaboration.
NOSE: At first, the perfume opens with an explosion of fresh fruits, highlighting ripe pears, green apples and a subtle hint of citrus, such as candied orange peel. As the wine breathes, more complex layers emerge that evoke the soft florality of white flowers such as jasmine and a slightly spicy touch of lavender. The olfactory sensation is enriched by notes of Provençal herbs (a nod to the freshness of the Mediterranean fields) together with a light background of toasted almond and vanilla, which speaks of its aging in barrels. The result is an open, elegant and remarkably fine nose.
TASTE: On the palate, Les Clans is characterized by its harmony and sophistication. The entrance is fresh, almost crisp, with a lively acidity that awakens the senses, giving way to a soft and silky mid-palate, where the creamy texture of its aging in oak becomes evident. The initial fruity flavors (ripe pear and white peach) are intertwined with light nuances of fresh strawberries, while a layer of well-integrated minerality provides depth and a sense of place. The elegance of this wine unfolds on a soft and enveloping palate, with a long and clean finish, leaving a pleasant sensation of ripe fruit that blends with delicate hints of sweet spices and subtle hints of oak. Its persistence is remarkably fine, offering a vibrant freshness in each sip, and a delicate aftertaste that invites you to continue enjoying its complexity.
