Ichiro's Malt - Chichibu Wine Wood is a Japanese whisky from the prestigious Chichibu distillery, known for its artisanal approach and commitment to excellence. TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Deep amber with reddish glints, the result of maturation in wine barrels.

NOSE: The nose is explosive, highlighting an enveloping combination of sweet and spicy notes. Aromas of candied orange are intensely perceived, providing a citrus and fruity touch, followed by the smoothness of dark chocolate, which adds a rich and complex layer. A subtle hint of black licorice adds a slightly herbal and balsamic nuance, while creamy malt completes the olfactory profile with a smooth, slightly sweet base that envelops the senses with elegance.

TASTE: On the palate, the whisky offers a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of ripe red fruits, bringing a vibrant freshness that is balanced by the unctuous texture of nuts and fatty dried fruits. The sensation is rich and velvety, with a touch of warmth that emerges gently thanks to a slight hint of white pepper, which adds a spicy and peppery dimension to the whole.
