TASTING NOTES
COLOR: When poured into the glass, Clase Azul Añejo displays an intense, deep and bright amber tone, reflecting the richness of its maturation process. The light highlights its golden color, with warm nuances reminiscent of golden honey, and a clarity that gives the sensation of being a deeply refined liquid. Its dense, almost voluptuous body invites you to admire it for its brilliance and visual complexity.
NOSE: The first inhalation reveals an enveloping, complex and sophisticated fragrance. Initial notes of cured wood are perceived, delicately balanced with the soft touch of fresh vanilla, like a warm embrace. As the aroma develops, sweet and rich nuances of burnt caramel and agave honey emerge, which are combined with a slight sigh of toasted nuts, such as almonds and walnuts. Over time, deeper layers of dark cocoa, a hint of cinnamon and a touch of subtle spices appear, enriching its aromatic profile, inviting you to discover each layer with each breath.
TASTE: The first contact with the palate is a velvety smooth experience, a rich and creamy texture that slowly unfolds. Perfectly balanced toasted oak flavors mingle with the natural sweetness of honey and caramel, providing a sensation of warmth that spreads throughout the mouth. With each sip, additional complexities are revealed, such as subtle nutmeg spices and a delicate presence of candied fruits, which feel like an elegant layer of depth. The aftertaste is long and persistent, leaving a warm, slightly smoky imprint, while the agave provides a smooth, refreshing and authentic final touch, reaffirming the purity of the tequila. It is a perfect balance between sweet and spicy, smoky and creamy, a harmony that persists long after having tasted it.
