DOM PÉRIGNON Rose Vintage 2003 by Jeff Koons 75 cl.
Dom Perignon Rosé 2003 Jeff Koons Limited Edition was born thanks to the collaboration between the Maison and the sculptor in 2013. In that year, in fact, Koons, a true living icon of contemporary art, presented Globe Venus for Dom Pérignon to pay tribute to the strength of an inexhaustible creative energy. The decorative object born from this combination will accompany and embody the 2003 Rosé Vintage when the first bottle is publicly uncorked.

After a particularly cold, dry and harsh winter, the spring frosts of April 7 to 11 will remain forever in the minds of Champagne winemakers. The summer, the hottest in 53 years, however, began with a scorching heat. What had been miraculously spared from frost and hail had to withstand the onslaught of heat until harvest. The vintage was perfectly ripe and healthy, comparable to the legendary 1947, 1959 and 1976.
Dom Perignon rosé 2003 Jeff Koons l.e. is concentrated and remarkably well-defined on the palate. The length is structured, fleshy. The silky, spicy consistency melds very gradually with a mineral, iodized and saline persistence. On the nose the vivacity, richness and complexity of the bouquet make it provocative. First you encounter ripe fruit, then fig and wild strawberry as soon as the wine breathes and grows, revealing guava, violet, vanilla.
