TASTING NOTES
COLOR: It presents a pale yellow color with golden reflections. Its appearance is clean and bright, with fine and persistent bubbles that rise in a delicate crown, leaving a sensation of freshness and elegance in the glass.
NOSE: The nose is highlighted by a combination of subtle yet complex aromas. Fresh notes of citrus fruits, such as lemon and green apple, intertwine with a light floral touch. As it opens up, deeper hints of bakery, yeast and a light nutty note emerge from its aging time on lees, adding a creamy, enveloping dimension.
TASTE: On the palate, the cava is dry and elegant, with fine bubbles that add freshness and liveliness. The fruit profile remains present, with hints of ripe apple and a slight touch of peach balanced by a pleasant acidity.
