Composed entirely of Chardonnay grapes from Côteaux du Sézannais.

Unlike the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay produces very dry and lively wines, Sézannais produces fuller and rounder wines after malolactic fermentation. This makes it possible to limit the dosage of sugar to the expedition liqueur, while still producing an attractive Champagne that everyone enjoys.

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Bright straw yellow color with good medium sized bubbles

NOSE: At first, citrus fruits such as lemon and at the end some brioche.

TASTE: Very fresh Champagne, gourmet and dynamic which reminds of citrus notes and white fruits like apple.
