Within the art of champagne blending at the House of Veuve Clicquot, reserve wines play one of the noblest roles, adding depth, complexity and mystery to Yellow Label, the brand's flagship. The Maison pays tribute to its heritage and writes a new page in its history with the launch of a new wine: Extra Brut Extra Old, a premium varietal with an exclusive blend born from its prized collection of reserve wines.

ASSEMBLY

It is made using Pinot Noir (50%), which provides the structure so characteristic of Clicquot, Chardonnay (30%), which adds the delicacy necessary for a perfectly balanced wine, and Meunier (20%). Its aging potential is over 15 years.

TASTING NOTES

It manages to reconcile two opposing elements: complexity and silkiness, and keep them in perfect balance with an intense aroma and lots of freshness. This ability to please makes it ideal as an aperitif and perfect as a champagne to accompany a meal.

COLOR: Tiny fine bubbles permeate the bright golden yellow in the glass.

NOSE: It has aromas of candied citrus and ripe stone fruits.

TASTE: Strong and sophisticated taste a slight effervescence joins a sensation of freshness, mineralized and purity.
