Armand de Brignac Rosé was introduced shortly after the Gold, and was created as a unique expression of a distinctive quality of wine. The Armand de Brignac Rosé is made by adding 15% still red wine to the final blend. This Pinot Noir is harvested from old vines that produce fruit of great intensity of flavour. This gives the champagne a deeper texture and richer red fruit nuances, making it a perfect wine to enjoy from the beginning to the end of the evening.

ASSEMBLY

50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Intense golden with fine bubbles.

NOSE: Strawberries, redcurrants and cherries abound, with floral nuances and a touch of sweet almond.

TASTE: The predominance of red grapes provides a structured palate full of black fruits, cherries and hints of baked pastries. The Chardonnay brings lightness and elegance.

FINISH: Persistent and complex on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany truffled veal, duck confit and wild salmon.
